Meet The Chef
Sacha has over two decades of experience under his belt in the hospitality industry, from bars, restaurants and even nightclubs.
His experience varies from running a busy and popular pub and restaurant in the north of England to helping run MOJO one of the best one hundred bars in the world. After moving to the United States in 2001 he worked in various restaurants and eventually for the famous restaurateur, Sean Murphy, at his award-winning establishment, “The Beach Bistro” on Anna Marie Island. He went on to help Sean with the development of his new restaurant chain “Eat Here”. His last venture in Florida was a new restaurant called “Off The Hook Seafood Co” which became one of Sarasota’s go-to places for fresh and exciting seafood.
On leaving the USA in 2014, Sacha was co-owner of the BluWater Bistro in Panama, Central America.
Now Sacha lives in the beautiful Algarve where, as your personal chef for those special occasions, he will share his life-long passion for food with you, your family and friends,

Choose from 5 to 7 courses and I will create a progressive menu to take you on a culinary journey. There is an added cost as these menus take much more time to prepare.

Only the best will do !
I personally source local produce, fish and meats. It is of the utmost importance that the ingredients are of the best quality. Seafood is not farmed, beef is grass-fed and poultry is free-range. Only the best will do.
