"As a Chef, I love to craft unforgettable dining experiences by blending global flavours and cuisines, thus creating unique dishes that celebrate culinary traditions and flavours from around the world. My mission is to bring people together through food that excites the palate, nurtures the body, and tells a story of diverse cultures."
My Story
I have over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, working across bars, restaurants, and even nightclubs.
My career began in the north of England, where I managed a busy and popular pub and restaurant before moving on to help run MOJO, ranked among the world’s top one hundred bars. In 2001, I moved to the United States and worked in a variety of restaurants before joining the renowned restaurateur Sean Murphy at his award-winning restaurant, the Beach Bistro on Anna Maria Island. I later helped Sean develop his new restaurant concept, Eat Here. I then went on to launch Off The Hook Seafood Co. in Sarasota, Florida, which quickly became one of the city’s favourite spots for fresh, vibrant seafood.
After leaving the USA in 2014, I became co-founder of BluWater Bistro in Panama, Central America.
Today, I call the beautiful Algarve home, where I share my lifelong passion for food as a personal chef—creating unforgettable dining experiences for you, your family, and your friends.
